I have just had time after a hectic weekend to up load these images from a commercial shoot which took an unexpected twist on Friday afternoon.

I had been commissioned to photograph some interiors of the Pro Shop at Woolston Manor Golf Club and also some of the course for a new brochure. Once I completed the interiors I was having second thoughts about the images of the course because of bad light, but it started to brighten up so I thought I would take a few test images as a few golfers were near by and willing to strike a pose for me! One of my willing models turned out to be the clubs Professional who mentioned there was a charity golf day and party taking place and a few celebrities were out on the course.

All I needed was a buggy, marshal and good story to photograph Gareth Gates, Craig Fairbrass and Bradley Walsh…. These are some of the images.

A fantastic turn out saw a superb selection of Seamus’s slide shows and were privileged to hear him speak candidly about his business. Everybody admired his unique approach and where in awe at his Sunday Shoots campaign. The way in which he is able to turn his advertising background into ground breaking portraiture is simply staggering.

Winter must almost be upon us as I have just finished photographing the first play school of the autumn season. I tend to look at Play school photography as mini portrait sessions, thus every now and again I get a real gem come along like the image below, which really makes the session worth while.
