Simple, Beautiful, Timeless.

Here is a sneak preview from Claire and Jonathan’s Wedding at Ashridge. I had to post some of these images from what has to be one of the most spectacular venues around to marry at. Unfortunately the weather was not what we had hoped for with the rain getting gradually worse as the morning progressed. Fortunately it did break as the Ceremony ended, just long enough for us to take some portraits and group photographs outside. The weather certainly didn’t dampen any spirits on the day, everybody had a wonderful time and partied well into the night.

The weather could have been better but at least the rain broke long enough for us to take some photographs outside before the Wedding Breakfast

..... even if it was windy!

I love this stair case!

One of my favourite portraits of Filomena getting ready.

Here are a some of the first images I have edited from Filomena and Marcos’s recent wedding at Parklands Quendon Hall. Everybody had a wonderful day, which was lightly themed around the couples Mediterranean background.

The Summer holidays would not be complete with an adventure in the local woods! The Newman family had asked me to photograph them a few weeks previously and while discussing their session we decided to take the photographs at Connaught Waters. When the morning of their session came around, the sun was shining and the light was near perfect with pockets shooting through the trees picking out Harry’s blonde hair superbly. Here are a selection of their images.

Here are a few Photographs I took at Emily and Adrian’s Wedding at Parklands, Quendon Hall on Wednesday. Apart from a few dark clouds the weather was fabulous all day, which is more than could be said for the rest of the week! Emily always wanted her wedding to be outside so it was great her wish could be granted.

We managed to take a few photographs after dinner with Parklands' deer in view.

I had a great time last week photographing Ava and Eloise. Eloise really wants to be a model when she grows up and also design her own clothes line. She asked if her annual portrait could be taken like a fashion shoot so she could practice her posing! Ava on the other hand still likes to jump, spin around and have fun.

Lucy looking spectacular in her Grecian style dress

We have just finished editing Lucy and Matthew’s wedding from a few weeks ago and had to post a few of their beautiful wedding images. Lucy looked simply beautiful in her flowing Grecian style dress. She arrived at All Saints’ Church in her home village of Haslingfield on her fathers arm to be greeted by close family and friends. After the service we took a few photographs and departed to a shower of confetti for the couples reception at the nearby Longstowe Hall.

Stella and Perry’s Wedding.

Here are a few photographs from Stella and Perry’s Wedding. What a great day it was! Stella got ready at Parklands, before heading to St Mary the Virgin Church in Newport for their Ceremony.

After the Ceremony all the couple’s guests where driven back to Parklands, Quendon Hall for the reception in the same coach which appeared in “Rock and Chips”. Stella and Perry’s guests also included Sue Holderness and John Challis who played Marlene and Boycie in Only Fools and Horses.

I thought I would upload a snippet of Victoria and Ben’s Wedding at The Manor Of Groves in High Wych while I complete the edit of their whole wedding.

It was a perfect day, Ben arrived in style wearing a dark Blue morning suit, while Victoria wore a beautiful white gown with a flowing veil which looked spectacular for their outdoor ceremony.
Later in the Day all the guests where entertained by The Surprise Sopranos. All took to the floor between the main coarse and desert.

Many thanks to everyone who came along to Tuesday evenings meeting. We all had the opportunity to see some great photography by Jo De Banzie and to hear about how she runs her business. On behalf of all who attended I must also thank Jo for putting on some superb slide shows and for talking to us, everybody commented on how beautiful her photography is.
