On behalf of all who attended I must also thank Jo for putting on some superb slide shows and for talking to us, everybody commented on how beautiful her photography is.

Next month (1st June 2010) we welcome one of the London Portrait Group’s regular’s Hossain Mahdavi to judge The London Portrait Group Print critique Hoss is well known for offering positive feed back which is educational and entertaining. Rules and categories are as follows:

here are 4 categories, Single, Couple, Group and Composite. First, second and third places for each group will gain points for The LPG Photographer of the Year award. Images can be mounted, framed or un-mounted. Please do not enter more than one entry per category. Although we do not place rules to the size and presentation of images, it helps if the images entered are at least mounted and 10″ X 8″ or over, so people in the cheaper seats can see them! Lastly, no wedding photography please!

As well as this we also have John King of Border Frames attending, John will be available for any advice on sales and marketing you may need, he is a regular speaker for the LPG, BIPP and MPA.
